Please help us save the life of Oscar the Cat, a sweet from Spring Valley who showed up with a gaping wound under his jaw (see picture). He's a nice boy, gentle and sweet, but after taking him to a vet, he was found to be emaciated, dehydrated, constipated, unable to eat due to a mouth full of infected teeth and covered in fleas. He needs antibiotics, fluids, multiple tooth extractions and ongoing care until he puts on weight and gets healthy. A good Samaritan and cat lover is willing to take him as an indoor cat once he's been treated, but this will be an expensive medical bill, and we are trying to raise as much as we can before Monday, when we are hoping to have him treated by the vet.
