Join us for Santa Paws and adopt a fluffy pet to bring home to the family for Christmas!

Earn your wings & become a guardian angel at the Annual Santa Paws Adoption Event, where we make miracles happen! More than a dozen non-profit animal adoption agencies featuring HUNDREDS of adoptable pets! Dogs, Cats, and Puppies, ....all in ONE LOCATION. Be part of this amazing event. Help us make sure no animal wakes up Christmas morning without a family of their own. Help us clear the shelters so that every animal is loved this holiday season.

SDASF organizes these annual mega adoption events in order to increase adoptions from reputable shelters and rescue agencies by bringing potential adopters and lots of dogs together in one fun, happy, stress-free environment, facilitating the matchmaking process! The participating adoption agencies are given free booth space, and admission is free to the public!

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITY! We need lots of volunteers to make this event a success. We can accommodate individuals or volunteer groups of any size. Up to 7 hours of community service or court-ordered service hours can be earned in just one day. Military is especially welcomed! Please contact volunteer@SDShelters.org today to volunteer. All volunteers must be signed up by December 1st.
