It is the policy of the San Diego County Animal Support Foundation that 100% of the funds provided to local shelters and animal rescue organizations are spent to benefit the animals and not for administrative costs. Therefore the San Diego County Animal Support Foundation will only pay for the actual costs of the products or services provided. Any approved request for funds must be supported by invoices and those invoices will be paid directly by the Foundation. The Foundation reserves the right to reject any request for any reason.
