Over the past two+ decades, the SDASF has featured more than 5,000 adoptable pets on television from more than 30 animal rescues and shelters.
Additionally, since 2001, we've hosted four MEGA Pet Adoption Events per year, each featuring several hundred adoptable animals from dozens of rescues and shelters. We do this at no cost to the participating organizations and with the help of hundreds of volunteers.
We have funded many special projects and emergency care over the years, as well.
The SDASF is 100% volunteer powered, with none of our donations going toward administration or salaries.
